Whether your departing clan member was a strong or mediocre performer, this is your opportunity to analyze and revise the position description, and determine the qualifications, both technical skills and game play factors; you will seek in a new member. Once you have identified the technical skills and game play we are seeking in a new clan member, you should consider the most effective way to identify and assess these candidates. Start by sending the potential new clan member a friend request, then notifying the Commander or any Lt. Commander about the recruitment and schedule a tryout. Review the new recruit game play skills with a point by point description, with Commander or any Lt. Commanders.
